Tuesday's 8-star HS athletes (3/13)


1. Freddy Ramirez (North Side soccer) – Ramirez scored four goals and added an assist as the Indians beat Westview 6-1.

2. Marcus Nash (McNairy Central) – Nash went 3-for-3 at the plate with two doubles and picked up the save as the Bobcats beat Scotts Hill 4-2.

3. Amber Woodward (Crockett County softball) – Woodward went 3-for-3 as the Lady Cavaliers beat Halls 9-8.

4. Trevor Gonzales (Milan baseball) – Gonzales struck out 10 and gave up just three hits on the mound as the Bulldogs beat Dresden 10-0 in five innings.

5. Troy Smigielski (USJ soccer) – Smigielski scored the lone goal as the Bruins beat Lexington 1-0.

6. Jordan Lambert (Hardin County baseball) – Lambert pitched a one-hitter as the Tigers beat South Side 4-1.

7. Alaina Moore (Lexington softball) – Moore went 5-of-7 as the Lady Tigers beat TCA 4-3 and Middleton 18-0.

8. Jordan Goff (Riverside baseball) – Goff picked up the win on the mound and went 2-for-5 in the batters’ box as the Panthers beat Henry County 10-3.
